RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) on Friday foiled a bid to smuggle 1.4-kilogramme ice heroin to Dubai and arrested the suspected drug smuggler at Benazir Bhutto International Airport, Islamabad.
As per details, the ANF sources searched a bag belonging to one, Khalid Noor, a resident of Hangu who was set to leave for Dubai on a private airline flight and recovered 1.4 kilograms of ice heroin from his possession.
The ANF seized the recovered heroin and has detained the suspect for further interrogation.
On Thursday, Airport Security Force (ASF) arrested a drug smuggler and recovered 786 grams of heroin from his possession at Benazir Bhutto International Airport.
