Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Shahbaz Sharif says his government is taking every measure for the development and prosperity of backward areas of the province.
In a statement, he said on Wednesday that he personally monitors the progress of programs being implemented for the progress of Southern Punjab.
He said that modern transportation facilities are being provided to the public in Multan, through latest Metro Bus Service, worth billions of rupees.
He said that high standard educations, universities and colleges have also been setup in Southern Punjab.
