KARACHI: The District Municipal Corporation (DMC), Karachi South, would send its 12 staffers and four officers to perform Hajj this year.
An announcement to this effect on Saturday said that selection was made through balloting.
Speaking at the ceremony, DMC South Chairman Malik Muhammad Fayyaz said, “It is a great honour to perform Hajj”.
He also congratulated those selected for performing Hajj.
He asked them to also pray for the progress and prosperity of the country.
