LAHORE: Police Tuesday (today) arrested three men on the charge of aerial firing.
Contractor Sufyan and arms dealer Honey had fired heavily outside the premises of Lahore’s Nawankot police station but the police took no action against these men initially.
Later, after footage of aerial firing aired on a private news channels, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif took immediate notice and directed the authorities to arrest the people involved.
Reports suggest that Chaudhry Sufiyan is affiliated with the ruling party and is serving as youth wing secretary general at UC level.
