Members of civil society and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) held a protest demonstration in front of the Lahore Press Club on Tuesday against the abduction of Salman Haider from Islamabad.
The protesters said that Salman Haider was a respected and vital member of society, and called upon the government to take steps for his early recovery.
