In a brutal attack, the legs of a woman were chopped off with an axe because the perpetrators feared she would be a hurdle in a marriage proposal.
The attackers also tried to gauge the woman’s eyes out and she was shifted in critical condition to Nishtar Hospital.
DPO Malik Ovais Ahmed said a special CIA team has arrested Rasool Bukhsh who is accused of attacking the woman. According to the DPO, police are searching for eight other accused named in the case
