A court on Saturday ordered registration of case against Geo news channel for levelling allegations against secret agencies, a private news channel reported.

Petitioner Arshad Butt had filed a plea under section 22-A seeking registration of case against Mir Shakeelur Rehman and Amir Mir, a brother of television anchor Hamid Mir.
Amir Mir had levelled allegations against intelligence agencies after his brother Hamid Mir was attacked in Karachi on April 19.
