Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Sunday called Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Kayani and expressed grief over Upper Dir incident in which three army officials embraced martyrdom.
According to reports, Nisar expressed solidarity with the Pakistan Army in the telephonic conversation with the army chief. The minister said that the government valued the sacrifices rendered by the army.
