Abducted Balochistan prosecutor general recovered

Abducted Balochistan Prosecutor General Abdul Wasey Tareen was on Sunday recovered from the Dara Band area of DI Khan early morning, official sources said. He had gone missing on February 27 from somewhere between Zhob and DI Khan districts while travelling to Islamabad from Quetta in a private car. Tareen’s family sources confirmed about his safe release and said that he had not yet reached home as the place where he had been kept hostage was some 500 kilometres from the provincial capital. To a query, they said tribal contacts resulted in his safe release.
