Elahi reiterates support for Hazara province

Deputy Prime Minister and senior PML-Q leader Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has reiterated his party’s commitment to making Hazara province if they are voted to power. Addressing a public meeting here on Sunday, Elahi said the PML-Q had supported Hazara province right from the beginning and would not remain silent until Hazara was made into a province. He asked the people to vote for the PML-Q if they wanted a separate province. He assured them that the ERRA funds would be restored and work would begin on the new Balakot city. He also said practical steps would be taken for the writing off of loans of the earthquake affectees.
