Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira has said the coalition parties are working to maintain peace in Karachi.
In an interview‚ he said federal government will support provincial government to restore peace in Karachi.
The minister said it is prerogative of the Parliament to elect the people for governing the country.
Replying to a question regarding President’s participation in Eid Milan party at Malakwal‚ Qamar Zaman Kaira said democratically elected President is part of the Parliament.
He said the president’s participation in the public meeting is not politics.
