CNS Admiral Naveed Ashraf confers military awards on Pakistan Navy personnel

RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Navy Investiture Ceremony 2026 was held at Bahria Auditorium, Karachi, where Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf conferred various military awards on naval personnel in recognition of their outstanding services and devotion to duty.

Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Naveed Ashraf, NI, NI (M), T Bt graced the occasion as Chief Guest, said a news release issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The Naval Chief conferred Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military) upon 18 officers of Pakistan Navy, while Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military) was awarded to 11 officers.

Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military), Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military), Tamgha-i-Khidmat awards and CNS Commendation Letters were conferred upon officers, CPOs, sailors & civilians. Ceremony was attended by a large number of senior serving & retired officers & families of awardees. 2/2 pic.twitter.com/xITp8DN05b

In addition, 33 officers were awarded Tamgha-i-Khidmat (Military)-I, 82 Tamgha-i-Khidmat (Military)-II and 69 Tamgha-i-Khidmat (Military)-III were conferred upon Chief Petty Officers and Sailors of Pakistan Navy, the ISPR said.

Moreover, Letters of Commendation from Chief of the Naval Staff were awarded to 51 Officers, CPOs/Sailors and Navy Civilians.

The ceremony was attended by a large number of senior serving and retired officers of Armed Forces and families of the awardees.
