Atiqa Odho says she’d choose 'hot' Zahid Ahmed over hero, run away with him

Veteran Pakistani actress Atiqa Odho has sparked online buzz after openly praising actor Zahid Ahmed’s character in the drama serial Mirza Ki Heer.

Speaking on the Hum TV review show Kya Drama Hai, which she co-hosts, Odho said she found Zahid Ahmed’s character Dil Nawaz extremely appealing and would have chosen him over the drama’s hero if she were in the heroine’s place.

“If I were the heroine, I would have run away with Dil Nawaz,” she said on air, describing the character as “hot, powerful, rich, stylish” with a strong screen presence.

She went on to list the traits she found attractive about the character, including his personality, appearance, and lifestyle depicted in the drama.

Odho also questioned the storyline’s romantic choices, suggesting that the heroine’s decisions did not align with practicality or logic.

She added that, in her view, emotional decision-making in love often leads characters to overlook more grounded options.
