'Catholics are horrible: Kylie Jenner sued as housekeeper alleges shocking harassment
A former housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez, filed a Los Angeles lawsuit accusing Kylie Jenner’s household staff of religious discrimination, harassment, and abuse. She alleges hostile treatment, threats tied to immigration, and forced resignation.

Kylie Jenner is facing a lawsuit filed by a former housekeeper who has accused members of her household staff of religious discrimination, harassment, and workplace abuse.
The complaint, filed in Los Angeles by Angelica Vasquez, states that she began working at Jenner’s residence in September 2024, initially at her Beverly Hills home before being moved to her Hidden Hills property shortly after.
Vasquez, who identifies as Salvadoran and Catholic, alleges that from the beginning of her employment she was treated with hostility and exclusion. According to the filing, she was subjected to repeated harassment by supervisors and colleagues, including derogatory remarks about her religion and comments targeting her immigration status.
The lawsuit claims that staff members told her “Catholics are horrible people” and made references to deportation, creating what she describes as a deeply hostile work environment.
Beyond verbal remarks, Vasquez alleges she was consistently assigned the most difficult tasks, excluded from team interactions, and treated disrespectfully by supervisors, who would allegedly shout at her or snap their fingers to get her attention. In one incident cited in the filing, a supervisor is accused of throwing hangers at her during a reprimand.
She further claims that the conditions led to anxiety and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress, ultimately forcing her to resign in August 2025 after her complaints were allegedly ignored.
Vasquez is seeking damages for emotional distress, unpaid wages, and punitive compensation.
While the allegations are primarily directed at household staff, Jenner has been named in the lawsuit on the basis of alleged failure to address or prevent the reported behavior. Sources close to the reality star have pushed back, describing Vasquez as a junior employee with attendance and performance issues.
The case is likely to draw significant attention as it unfolds, given Jenner’s global profile and the serious nature of the claims.
