Primary schoolteacher abducted from classroom in Nasirabad
A primary schoolteacher was abducted by unidentified armed men from a government school in Nasirabad on Wednesday, police said. A teachers’ association leader condemned the incident and urged the government to recover him immediately.

DERA MURAD JAMALI: A primary schoolteacher was abducted by unidentified armed men in the Chatter area of Nasirabad on Wednesday, according to police.
The incident occurred at the Government Primary School in Muhammad Bakhsh Paichoha village near Dera Murad Jamali, where the teacher, identified as Muhammad Bachal Bhatti, was present in class at the time of the abduction.
Police said the armed men entered the school and took the teacher away while he was teaching. Students told police that the kidnappers pulled him out of the classroom, forced him into a vehicle and then escaped from the area.
Incident took place during school hours
According to the details shared by police, the abduction happened inside the school premises during teaching hours. The teacher was in the classroom when the assailants arrived and removed him from the school in front of students.
The account provided by students said the men dragged Muhammad Bachal Bhatti out of the classroom before taking him away in a vehicle. No further details about the kidnappers’ identity were provided in the report.
Teachers’ body condemns kidnapping
Asif Azim Umrani, a leader of the Government Teachers Association of Balochistan, condemned the kidnapping and called on the government to ensure the teacher’s immediate recovery.
The incident has raised concern among the teaching community in the area, with the association urging authorities to act swiftly in tracing the abducted teacher and securing his release.
Police identified the abducted man as Muhammad Bachal Bhatti and said the kidnapping took place at the Government Primary School in Muhammad Bakhsh Paichoha village in Nasirabad district.
As reported, the teacher was taken away by unidentified armed men from the school while classes were under way on Wednesday.
