Social media influencer alleges gang rape at gunpoint in Lahore DHA

LAHORE: Police have registered a case after a female social media influencer alleged that she was sexually assaulted by two men at gunpoint in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) area.

According to the first information report (FIR), the victim stated that she creates promotional content for social media and had been contacted by a suspect through her account for a potential collaboration. She was asked to visit a studio location in DHA.

The complainant said she arrived at the location with a female associate, after which the suspect took them to a private flat where another individual was present. She alleged that both men held them at gunpoint, subjected them to violence, and sexually assaulted her.

The FIR further states that the suspects issued threats to deter the victims from reporting the incident.

A police official confirmed that a case has been registered at Defence C Police Station, and investigation teams have been formed to locate and arrest the suspects.

No arrests had been made at the time of filing this report.
