ATC upholds arrest warrants for Gandapur

ISLAMABAD: On Thursday, an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) upheld the arrest warrants for Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with the Faizabad protest case related to the disqualification of PTI’s founder. The court also directed authorities to initiate proceedings to declare former minister Amir Mahmood Kayani a proclaimed offender.

The case was heard by ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra, who noted that Gandapur had failed to appear in court despite multiple summons. During the hearing, legal representatives Ilyas Siddiqui, Raja Zahoor, and others appeared on behalf of the accused.
