Gandapur to be indicted on July 17 in audio leak case

ISLAMABAD: Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur is set to be indicted on July 17 in connection with an audio leak case.

The Additional District and Sessions Court, presided over by Judge Nasr-um-Minallah, heard the case registered at Golra Police Station against Gandapur. Lawyer Raja Zahoorul Hasan informed the court that the Peshawar High Court had granted protective bail to Gandapur. The court subsequently cancelled the non-bailable arrest warrant against him and scheduled the indictment for July 17.
