Backstreet Boys Front-Man Nick Carter Sparks Serious Health Concerns Ahead of Vegas Residency

Nick Carter’s recent Instagram post showcasing his slimmer appearance has raised concerns among fans about his health. While Carter appeared in good spirits, many fans voiced their concerns about his visibly thinner frame, with one writing, “Sorry to say, but you look a bit too thin to me!🥺 … I hope you’re okay, @nickcarter !🙏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻..Love you so much!❤️.” Others expressed similar worries, saying he looked “very unhealthy” and admitting they were “a bit nervous.” Some even speculated whether Carter had used Ozempic, a medication sometimes associated with weight loss, but a few fans defended him, urging others not to comment on people’s bodies and expressing concern for his well-being both mentally and physically.

A source close to Carter told Page Six that he is “not on Ozempic,” and explained that the singer has been rehearsing intensively for the upcoming Backstreet Boys residency, which has caused him to gradually slim down over time. The insider added that Carter and his bandmates have been working out nonstop for the past two months in preparation for the demanding show.

The Backstreet Boys’ “Into The Millennium” residency is set to begin on July 11 and will include 21 performances through late August. Carter’s return to the stage comes after a difficult period in his personal life, marked by the tragic deaths of his siblings, including his brother Aaron Carter, who passed away in 2022. Nick has openly shared his grief over these losses, including his regret over not making amends with Aaron before his passing.
