ISLAMABAD: A delegation from the Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) on Wednesday met with Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, expressing complete support for his initiatives aimed at the country’s economic development and public welfare.
The delegation, which included Members of the National Assembly Chaudhry Hussain Elahi, Muhammad Ilyas Chaudhry, and Ms. Farukh Khan, was led by Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Chaudhry Salik Hussain.
During the meeting, the PML-Q representatives praised the Prime Minister and his team for presenting the federal budget for the fiscal year 2025-2026 in the National Assembly.
The delegation highlighted the continuous efforts of both the military and political leadership in driving national development and ensuring the welfare of the people. They also lauded the Prime Minister’s leadership in navigating the recent tensions with India, as well as his efforts to enhance Pakistan’s stature on the global stage.
In addition, the meeting touched upon issues concerning the delegation’s respective constituencies.
