A joint venture consisting of Pakistan Services Limited (Pearl Continental Hotels), Warm Waters Advisory Group, Platinum Construction Limited, and Golfscape LDA Portugal has successfully secured a 25-year lease for the Royal Palm Golf & Country Club in Lahore.
This agreement marks the highest lease value and upfront premium ever recorded for a club in Pakistan.
The bidding process for the Royal Palm Golf & Country Club was initiated by Pakistan Railways in January 2022, under the supervision of the Supreme Court. Financial consultants M/s A.F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants and M/s NESPAK were also involved to ensure thorough oversight.
The new management team, spearheaded by Warm Waters Advisory and Pakistan Services Limited, plans to enhance the club’s facilities, including its golf course, with the goal of maximizing revenue.
