Citizen's portal

The Pakistan Citizen’s Portal is not working properly and people are struggling to lodge their complaints. It was the only way out for the people to at least have some hope of getting some relief without official hindrances getting in their way. The portal should be restored so that the people may again benefit from this easy-to-use platform.
