Islamabad court grants bail to Sheikh Rashid in Kohsar Police Station case

ISLAMABAD: A session court in Islamabad on Wednesday confirmed the bail of former interior minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed in the Kohsar police case.

Sheikh Rasheed, along with his lawyers, appeared in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra.

Speaking to the media outside the District Court, Sheikh Rasheed said that it will be known in the Lahore High Court how many cases are against him. He also said that his party will be starting its election campaign from December 10.

Sheikh Rasheed further stated that the real problem in Pakistan is economic, and that the situation has gone beyond the control of the people.
