Lahore Bar bans police’s entry into sessions court

LAHORE: The Lahore Bar Association (LBA) on Monday banned the entry of policemen in sessions courts for ‘unjustified cases’ against lawyers.

“No policeman is allowed to enter the session court. Only the police cannot enter the court premises. Courts will perform their work as per routine,” the LBA said.

The LBA president also condemned the registration of cases against lawyers by police.
