KARAK: A police official was martyred in exchange of fire with proclaimed offenders in Gaddi Khel area of district Karak of Khyber Pakhtukhwa on Monday.
The police and proclaimed offenders exchanged fire in jurisdiction of Shah Saleem police station.
In cross firing, Incharge District Security Branch (DSB) Rehmanullah was injured but succumbed to his wounds while being shifted to hospital.
Heavy contingent of police reached the scene and after cordoning off the area launched search operation for the culprits.
