20 PTI Vehari activists shifted to Sahiwal Central Jail

BUREWALA: As many as 20 workers of PTI detained from district Vehari over violent protest following the arrest of party chairman Imran were shifted to Central Jail Sahiwal.

The detainees were booked over charges of vandalism and attacking public installations on May 09 during protests against arrest of party chief.

The nabbed PTI activists who have been shifted to Sahiwal Central Jail included Jehanzeb, Ahmed Nawaz, Muhammad Muhavia, Muhammad Shakeel, Sher Bacha, Malik Ahsan Habi, Taimoor Sikandar Dogar, Abdul Waheed, Muhammad Mushtaq, Muhammad Sohail, Tariq Khan, Haji Noor Ahmed, Abu Baqar Iqbal, Naseer Ahmed, Awais Ahmed, Shakeel Ahmed, Muhammad Asif, Muhammad Shehbaz, Abdul Qayyum and Muhammad Usman.
