CTD arrests four terror suspects in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in joint intelligence-based operation with police, claimed to have arrested four alleged terrorists from Manchi Gate Abshar Colony in Peshawar on Wednesday.

According to a spokesperson for the CTD, the law-enforcement agency conducted the joint operation in Peshawar and apprehended four alleged terrorists during the operation. He said one of the CTD officials was also injured during firing with the terrorists.

The spokesperson added that weapons were also recovered from the arrested terrorists.
