RAWALPINDI: Indian Army’s unprovoked ceasefire violation injured an elderly woman, resident of Kirni village in Rakhchikri Sector along the Line of Control (LoC).

In a tweet, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General (DG) Major General Babar Iftikhar said that Indian troops targeted the civilian population unprovoked in the Rakhchikri Sector along the LoC. Pakistan Army troops responded effectively to Indian firing.

According to ISPR, India has committed 1,643 ceasefire violations in 2020 so far.
