KARACHI: The life imprisonment handed to the Lyari gang war leader Uzair Baloch was challenged in the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday.
Uzair Baloch’s mother challenged the verdict of the military court in the SHC.
In the petition, she claimed that requirements of justice were not fulfilled while handing her son the punishment, adding that he should be provided with a copy of the military court’s verdict so he could file an appeal against the verdict.
She insisted that the SHC order the military court to provide a copy of the verdict in this regard.
