Outburst of this ongoing epidemic took place around six months ago in Wuhan which is causing disaster yet in developed as well as underdeveloped countries of the world. Ever since its outbreak in Pakistan Federal and provincial governments have taken measures according to the guidelines of WHO so as to take in hand to this pandemic. Regardless of all this it continues to blowout across the country. Else ways the Threat of Economic crisis that is knocking around the corner compelled PM to opt for easing the lock down. Data shows that around 60 t0 70% of people in the country are either daily wagers or they earn their livelihood via small sort of business. Maintaining the GDP is another mammoth challenge for the government so as to save the country’s economy from complete collapse. At such a crucial Juncture, the stance of Government can be viewed as cautious one, but then what about the real threat?
As per Asad Umer; “Easing lockdown does not mean that the peril has perished it still exists”, but on the other hand large scores of people have thronged to the markets within last two days which is really alarming. PMA has already warned of the dreadful circumstances which likely to cause havoc during upcoming days, depleted health faculty and frail economy could collapse as a result of further drain, if it continued like that.
