Indian scientists have developed a new vaccine against anthrax, a big threat to human life. It is a great success. This news made me very happy because it is proof of the powerful role science plays in serving mankind. I congratulate them from the bottom of my heart and wish that they would carry on their hard work to achieve even greater success. I think we all should motivate them.
