LONDON: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday strongly condemned the unprovoked Indian firing along the Line of Control (LoC) and urged the international community to take notice of continuos violation of the ceasefire agreement between the two neighbors.
In a statement, the PML-N president said that Indian forces are violating ceasefire along the border to divert the attention of the international community from the controversial citizenship law protests.
The National Assembly opposition leader further paid tribute to the Pakistan Army officials who have sacrificed their lives for the motherland.
The statement came after two Pakistan soldiers embraced martyrdom as a result of Indian firing across the LoC in Dewa sector.
