RAHIM YAR KHAN: Influential people tortured two widows over a property dispute on Sunday and set their house on fire.
Nasreen Bibi and her daughter Sugran Bibi, residents of Basti Pir Bux Korai of tehsil Khanpur district Rahim Yar Khan, were brutally tortured and their house was set on fire on Sunday over a property dispute with local influential people including Mouj Ali, Ajmal, Waqas and others.
District Police Officer (DPO) Rahim Yar Khan, Umer Farooq Salamat directed Saddar police to register a first information report (FIR) against the culprits and ensure their immediate arrest.
