IHC clubs two petitions regarding MML’s registration

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday allowed clubbing an identical petition with the plea of Milli Muslim League (MML) seeking registration with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECL).

Justice Aamer Farooq of IHC conducted hearing on the petition filed by the counsel for the party Advocate Raja Rizwan Abbasi.

During the hearing, Abbasi argued before the court that one more application regarding the registration of the political party was pending with the court and requested the bench to also club it with the petition of MML.

The court accepted the request and fixed the two applications for hearing on December 5.
