ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) while adjourning a case pertaining to the registration of Mili Muslim League (MML) till May 24 has issued a notice to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
A single bench of IHC comprising Justice Amir Farooq heard the petition.
Advocate Rizwan Abbasi counsel for the petitioner appeared before the court and pleaded that the ECP was avoiding to implement high court orders regarding the registration of MMA .
The court while issuing notice to the ECP adjourned further hearing till May 24.
