SRINAGAR: All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) Chairman Syed Ali Gilani has said that the Indian army is involved in serious war crimes in Indian occupied Kashmir (IoK).
In a message to participants of a conference organised by Pakistani American Society of New York, Gilani said that human rights violations in Kashmir perpetrated by Indian army with legal immunity had provoked international humanitarian action in other international disputes.
The APHC demanded an inquiry into these war crimes by a neutral agency like United Nations.
