Four members of a single family were killed while another was injured in Khairpur’s Ahmedpur area, a local media outlet reported on Friday.
According to reports, a retired military officer opened fire on his wife and two daughters and sister-in-law, killing them on the spot.
The suspects uncle also received critical bullet wounds.
Investigation in to the incident have been initiated by the police.
