FM takes notice of envoy’s inappropriate behaviour

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has taken notice of Pakistan High Commissioner to the United Kingdom Sahibzada Ahmed Khan’s inappropriate behavior at IPPA Awards 2018 and has ordered an inquiry into the incident.

IPPA Awards 2018 were held at O2 Arena in London on September 9 where the Pakistani envoy was asked to come on the stage to announce the winner of an award.

In a video that went viral on social media, the Pakistani envoy was seen behaving rather inappropriately. While on stage, he said a few things which were out of context, raising suspicions about his condition.
