Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members from Jehangir Tareen group succeeded in obtaining most of the ministries in the Punjab Cabinet, a local media outlet reported on Saturday.
According to reports, the PTI is split in two groups, one led by Jehangir Tareen and the other by Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
10 of the 17 ministers and special advisers in Punjab government contested as independent candidates and then joined PTI on the insistence of Jehangir Tareen. They were given the posts after fulfilling their commitments to Tareen.
