ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday declared former senator Yasmeen Shah’s degree as fake and disqualified her.
According to details, the court has upheld Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) decision and barred Shah from contesting upcoming general polls.
Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar has said that there were objections over ex-senator’s Matric degree due to which she was disqualified.
