KARACHI: The Sindh government in the exercise of the powers conferred under Section 144 (1) Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) on Tuesday imposed a complete ban on manufacture, sale, purchase, use and display of toy guns and pistols in the entire province.
The Station House Officer (SHO) of the concerned police station would be authorized to register the complaints under Section 188 of Pakistan Penal Code in writing for the violation of Section 144 CrPC against the violators.
