SHEIKHUPURA: Three persons died when a goods train on Saturday hit a motorcycle rickshaw at an unmanned railway crossing.
As per the rescue sources, a Lahore-bound goods train hit a motorcycle rickshaw at an open rail crossing near Theriyanwala.
As a result, 30-year-old Shagufta, 10-year-old Komal and 6-year-old Zahra died on the spot. Two more women were injured in the incident.
The rickshaw driver survived by jumping off the vehicle before the mishap and fled.
