LAHORE: Three persons were injured when a fire erupted, due to a short circuit in an under construction section of Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH), in Lahore, on Tuesday.
On receiving information, Rescue 1122 vehicles rushed to the site and carried out a rescue operation. The injured employees were shifted to Jinnah Hospital.
Furniture and other items in the building were reduced to ashes. The hospital has been closed after the incident.
