Senate to debate Pakistan’s commitment to Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition

ISLAMABAD: Senate Chairman Mian Raza Rabbani on Wednesday admitted an adjournment motion about the commitment made to the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition without taking the parliament into confidence.

The issue would be fixed for a debate later.

Senator Sherry Rehman submitted the adjournment motion in the house to discuss the key commitment made by the federal government to the coalition, without taking parliament into confidence.

The chairman admitted the adjournment motion for debate after listening to Senator Rehman.
