BAHAWALPUR: A teenage girl committed suicide over domestic disputes by jumping into a canal here on Tuesday.
Rescue sources said that a 16-year-old girl after being taunted by her family over domestic disputes jumped into the Abbasia Canal in Bahawalpur.
Rescue divers started a search for the girl’s body but the operation had to be stopped until Wednesday morning due to the darkness.
