SARGODHA: A woman was murdered by her husband on Wednesday over a petty domestic scuffle turned bad in factory area police limits.
Police sources said that Feroz Khan, a resident of Chak 85/NB, quarrelled with his wife Roshan Bibi for serving him cold food. After an exchange of hot words, Feroz killed his wife with an axe and fled from the spot.
The body was handed over to the family after postmortem.
The police have registered a case against the accused.
