Democracy sans rule of law

A Federal Minister has said that economics is not cup of tea of Army. It is true but democracy needs rule of law and if the NAB Courts are flooded with 40-50 party members donning black coats that has no place in the chamber thus the mayhem that was seen on T.V. people grappling each other with a person slapping a policeman then what kind of democracy we are talking about. This is simple anarchy that can’t be called a democracy by any stretch of imagination. We ought to deserve democracy and then wish for it.
