CHICHAWATNI: The police in different raids arrested seven people on Saturday and recovered arms and drugs from their possession.
During search operations in Chichawatni city and surrounding areas, the police arrested seven suspects allegedly involved in gambling and drug peddling.
Arms, ammunition and 65 litres of liquor were recovered from the detainees’ possession.
Separate cases have been registered against all the detainees at the relevant police stations.
