KARACHI: A fire initiated in a plastic factory located in New Karachi Industrial Area early Friday (today) morning, it has been reported.Fire brigade and rescue personnel are trying to bring the fire under control, however, even after four hours, the fire is still ablaze and has spread to two nearby factories.
The fire was so intense that the parts of the building had collapsed after being burnt. No human casualties have been reported so far. However, rescue officials were able to rescue eight labourers.
