ISLAMABAD: Urdu Lughat Board under the division of National History and Literary Heritage is ready to launch the first ever digital Urdu dictionary this month.
Head of Urdu Dictionary Board Adeel Abbas Jafri told APP that all the compilation work has been done and sent to Google for approval to make it available on different application stores.
A web portal will also be created to facilitate the reader, he added.
He said Urdu language’s largest dictionary consist of 22 volumes already published which has now been composed for internet and digital use.
